Displays a card quality level. Usage:

Color of card quality = color of title bar. Accepts caps and non-caps.
Current acceptable quality levels:
a) black
b) brown/beige/paper/tan
c) bronze
d) silver
e) gold
f) emerald/green
g) violet/purple/amethyst
