Hybrid Cards are at build 1.21. Currently working on Handicap and Utility cards.

• Cowardly Attack: The image on the wiki shows no rarity. The csv says it should be Common.

• Fright: Wiki says card is quality 1/7, but title bar is "paper" (2/7). PL: captured in notinwiki_5
• Wimpy: The wiki says it has "keep", but the image doesn't show it saying "keep". PL: highlighted to devs, same for superstitious

• Arcane Shell: Image shows Common, csv says Rare. Unsure which is "correct", may need new image, or maybe mistake in csv.
