			Please fine herein the notes for the proposed CardStock II adventure. This gauntlet of battles chronicles the annual tournament of champions held by Kind Osirius. The winning adventurers will become the royal arm of the King, dispensing justice and safeguarding the loyal citizens of Cardhuntria. The first test will take place in the palace dungeon, a deadly proving ground indeed! You will face a formidable trio of Warrior, Wizard and Priest.
			Post-Battle Description
			You have passed the first test. Battling fellow adventurers is an unusual departure from your usual work, but it’s a welcome change to face an honorable opponent! The King’s messengers bring you a selection of fine items and instructions of where to face your next challenge.

			Pre-Battle Description
			The messengers’ directions bring you to a cave, marked with the royal seal. You venture inside and come face-to-face with your opponents. No words are spoken as you face off across the misty ground. A simple salute is exchanged and the battle begins!
			Post-Battle Description
			The ringing of steel on steel echoes off into silence as you stand victorious in the misty cave. The King’s messenger arrives to record your victory and hand you the instructions to the final test. It will be held at the approach to the palace, with the King in attendance. You gulp and set about selecting your gear before setting out.

			Pre-Battle Description
			Dawn breaks as you approach the bridge where you will face your final group of rivals. Their men-at-arms leave the field and you face off on opposite sides. A humble carriage stops nearby, from which emerges King Osirius in simple garb. This is not a time for pomp and pageantry, but a solemn duel for honor. Your nerves sing as you prepare to battle before your liege.
			Post-Battle Description
			The day is yours! The king’s physician priests tend to your fallen opponents, who congratulate you with the sincerity of true heroes. Osirius takes your arms in a warrior’s grip, symbolizing your new position as his representatives in Cardhuntria. Congratulations, adventurer. You have won Cardstock II, truly a feat of the immortals!
